Minimum 7 night stay – 30% discount

Minimum 10 night stay – 40% discount

N$ 552.00 per person sharing per night. Single supplement N$ 228.00 per night.

• Rates quoted in Namibian Dollars are inclusive of 15% VAT and 2% Tourism Levy.
• The special rates include accommodation and breakfast.
• Rates quoted are for a our Sea-view Rooms. Please notice that we also offer Luxury Suites, Apartments and Standard Rooms
• All rates in this are on a per person sharing per day basis (unless otherwise indicated) and are nett and non-commissionable
• Rooms will be kept until 18h00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
• Full pre-payment of the accommodation amount is required in order to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy per Booking:

• 30 – 23 days prior to arrival date: 25%
• 22 – 15 days prior to arrival date: 50%
• 14 – 7 days prior to arrival date: 75%
• 6 – 1 days prior to arrival date: 95%
• last day / no show / early departures: 100%

A 10% administration fee will be retained on refunds made due to booking cancellations.

Child Policy:

• Children under 3 years: free of charge
• Children 3 till 11 years: N$ 460.00 per night (breakfast included)
• Subject to availability of family rooms.
• Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate.
